Before the mold leaves the factory, we use high-precision 3D scanners to create “digital twins” for each key mold group and the sand core samples produced from the trial mold. By analyzing the chromatographic deviation between the scanned data and the original design model, we achieved micrometer level validation of the mold size, ensuring “what you see is what you get” and ensuring the accuracy of the sand core from the source.
