Without sand cores, many complex cast parts simply could not be produced.
Gravity die casting creates strong, dense metal components. Add a sand core, and the process can produce internal cavities, unusual angles, and complex geometries that a conventional mold alone cannot achieve.

This vertical cold box core shooter uses four separate openings to produce four precision sand cores in a single cycle.
A gas catalyst cures resin-coated sand at room temperature, creating a fast, energy-efficient process for high-volume production. The vertical configuration supports even compaction and smooth demolding.
A hot box core shooter injects resin-coated sand into a heated die. The heat cures the sand into a strong, precise core that forms the internal cavities of a metal casting.
The horizontal-parting design provides clean core ejection and repeatable production quality, cycle after cycle.
